These terms govern your use of this website and the sale of goods by South Wind Tech Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong with its registered office at 11/F, Capital Centre, 151 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. By placing an order you accept these terms.
An order placed through this website, by telephone or by email is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order with you by telephone or email. We may decline an order, for example where stock is unavailable or the delivery address is outside our service area.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed with your order is the price you pay. Wholesale prices apply from 10 cartons and are quoted separately.
Retail orders within Hong Kong are payable in cash to the courier on delivery. Wholesale orders may be settled by bank transfer against an invoice, due within the period stated on that invoice.
Delivery terms, charges and timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Your right to return goods and to obtain a refund is set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Pack sizes, sheet counts and colours may vary slightly between production batches. Photographs are for illustration.
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The content of this website, including text, layout and images, belongs to South Wind Tech Limited and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission. You agree not to use this website unlawfully or in a way that could damage or impair it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
